The exhibition brings together the works of painter Liisa Karintaus for a period of 20 years. The exhibition features drawings, paintings and installations with animations.
In her works, Karintaus deals with memories of space and childhood landscapes, human relationship with nature, the relationship between painting and digitality, and the materiality of color.
Liisa Karintaus (b. 1977) is from Muurola, Rovaniemi. Karintaus graduated with a Master of Arts from the University of Lapland in 2006 and from the Painting Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in 2018. He has had numerous exhibitions in Finland and abroad since the beginning of the 21st century.
