You can reserve a burial plot for your pet at the pet cemetery. The cemetery is intended for the burial of dogs, cats, and other small pets. It is located along Tavivaarantie, about 10 km from Rovaniemi city centre on the eastern side of the Kemijoki River.
The cemetery has both urn and burial areas. Burial plots are available for a fee and granted for a period of ten (10) years. The price is based on the fee schedule approved by the City of Rovaniemi's Technical Board.
