A request for rectification must be submitted in writing within 30 days from the date the parking violation fee was issued or the payment demand was received.

The request for rectification, including attachments (a copy of the parking permit, a copy of the ticket machine receipt, etc.), must be submitted at helgapark.net (link below under Online services).

If you do not have the possibility to use electronic services, you may submit the request by mail to:

A request for rectification may also be submitted in person at the Osviitta Customer Service Desk.

Submitting a request for rectification does not extend the payment deadline. If the request is approved, any amount already paid will be refunded.
