A parking penalty fee must be paid at the latest on the due date. If a penalty fee has been issued or a vehicle has been clamped, you can contact the parking warden to file a claim for a revised decision. As a rule, the claim must be filed within 30 days of the date on which the decision was attached to a vehicle or the vehicle owner was otherwise notified of it.
A written appeal must be submitted within 30 days from the date the parking fine was issued or the payment demand was received.
Appeals are usually processed within 2 weeks. The decision will be sent only by post to the mailing address you provide.
You can also submit an appeal in person at the Osviitta Service Point.
For questions about appeals, you can call during phone service hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2–3 PM. Outside these hours, you can leave your contact information on voicemail and we will get back to you.
The payment period for a parking fine is 30 days. Submitting an appeal does not extend the payment time. If the appeal is accepted, the payment will be refunded.
