Information about service

Walk-in guidance is open every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12 to 15 on the 1st floor of Valtakatu 16. No appointment is needed.

If walk-in is not possible for you, you can send an email to ih@rovaniemi.fi to make an appointment with our client coordinator.

Service is for all foreign-language speakers living or working in Rovaniemi area.

Service is free of charge.

The service is provided by the International Rovaniemi project (1.9.2024-31.5.2027) which is co-funded by the European Union and part of the Employment services of City of Rovaniemi.
