The goal is to make employment possible even for those who face difficulties in finding or maintaining a job without support. The need for special assistance may arise from various reasons and individual circumstances.

The primary objective of the guidance is to improve job-seeking skills and to strengthen psychological resources, particularly self-confidence. The coaching process emphasizes resource-based motivation and support throughout its different stages. The aim is to enhance clients’ work ability, functional capacity, social skills, and both psychological and physical resources. An essential part of the employment coach’s role is familiarity with local businesses and the economic environment.

The employment coaching process begins with an assessment of the individual’s personal situation, including skills, experience, and motivation. During the coaching period, clients have the opportunity to develop both as job seekers and as employees, identify their strengths, and discover hidden job opportunities. The employment coach assesses any special requirements related to partial work ability in the workplace, provides support and advice to employers during recruitment, onboarding, and the initial stages of employment.

Coaching services can be offered as group or individual sessions and tailored to meet the needs of different client groups. To support the coaching process, a work trial period can be arranged if necessary, allowing clients to familiarize themselves with the job, gain knowledge, or improve skills before entering into an actual employment relationship.
